An earlier version of our news feed contained a headline identical to the headline from the news article on Tucson.com that misstated the correct party of who is suing the Secretary of State for the State of Arizona regarding mail-in voting. Although the headline stated the party suing the Secretary of State of the State of Arizona was the Navajo Nation, in fact, six members of the Navajo Nation are suing the Secretary of State of the State of Arizona, Darlene Yazzie, Caroline Begay, Leslie Begay, Irene Roy, Donna Williams and Alfred McRoye – with the assistance of Four Directions, Inc. We are unaware of Navajo Nation filing suit against the Secretary of State for the State of Arizona.
